Our privacy policy is simple.
- We do NOT retain copies of any data from your loved one’s computer or share it with anyone. Unless you request otherwise, we usually keep a backup of recovered data for a week or until you confirm that you have received it, whichever is earliest, at which point the backup is promptly erased.
- We may retain information you supply to us through our web site, the Client Application and by mail, but do NOT share it with anyone.
- Exceptions: 1) We may contract with other trusted companies and individuals in order to perform certain functions on our behalf. Examples include processing applications, delivering packages, public relations and other communications, data analysis, payment processing, and customer service. Such contractors have access only to information needed to perform their narrow functions and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose. 2) We will act in accordance with any applicable law.
